Cancellation & Refund Policy

Short version: Changed your mind about Pluks Pro? Email us within
14 days of buying and you get a full refund. No questions, no forms.
Refunds
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase,
for any reason. Reply to your license email, or write to
parth.dixit@alumni.iitd.ac.in
from the address you bought with.
- After 14 days we still help if something is genuinely broken for you — write to
us and we'll sort it out case by case.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They are
usually initiated within 2 business days; your bank then takes 5–7 business days to
show them.
- A refunded license is deactivated. Pluks itself keeps working, free, and
drafts already saved stay readable until they expire.
Cancellations
Pluks Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel
and you will never be charged again. If a payment fails or you close the checkout, you
are not charged.
Shipping & delivery
Pluks Pro is delivered digitally and instantly: your license key appears on the
checkout page and is emailed to you right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving a key, email us with the
Razorpay payment ID from your receipt and we'll refund the duplicate or send the key
the same day.
