Who you're buying from

Pluks is made and sold by Parth Dixit, an individual developer based in India ("we"). Contact: parth.dixit@alumni.iitd.ac.in.

The product

• Pluks — the desktop app — is free to download and use.
• Pluks Pro (lifetime) is a license key that unlocks Pro features in the Pluks app. Today that is Draft Recovery on macOS; Pro features added later are included at no extra cost.
• New installs get a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No payment details are needed for the trial.

Price, payment and taxes

• The price is shown on pluks.app/pro before you pay, in Indian Rupees or US Dollars. It is a one-time charge.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your bank may add foreign-exchange or other fees.
• Any taxes that apply are included in, or shown with, the price at checkout.

Delivery

Pluks Pro is a digital product; nothing is shipped. Your license key is shown on the checkout page and emailed to the address you enter, immediately after payment. If you started the purchase from the Pluks app, the app activates Pro on its own. If the key hasn't arrived within an hour, use "Resend my key" on the Pro page or email us.

Your license

• The license is for you personally, on the computers you use. Please don't publish or resell your key.
• It doesn't expire. It works offline once activated.
• A refunded purchase deactivates the key.

See the cancellation & refund policy — in short, a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.

Fair use of the software

Pluks is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and private, but we can't guarantee it will catch every piece of text or work in every app — Draft Recovery is a safety net, not a backup system. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pluks Pro. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Privacy

How Pluks handles your data — including exactly what Draft Recovery reads and stores (only on your device) — is in the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date; the terms in force when you bought apply to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
